Sustainable technology has ancient roots but is advancing rapidly. Proper orientation of glazing and shading devices can be addressed as part of the initial site analysis and can usually be incorporated without significant expense.

Other energy conserving innovations should be considered in terms of the cost, benefit, reliability, and the values of the client.

In addition to the orientation and shading strategies appropriate for our climate, we have incorporated many other proven technologies such as: geo-thermal heating and cooling systems, insulated concrete structural systems, permeable paving systems, LED lighting and smart lighting controls, as well as appropriate insulation and moisture controlling technologies.
