About Us: Design Process

Architecture is a collaboration between the Owner, the architect, the community, and the craftsmen involved. Communication is the key to the success of this collaboration.

We have developed a series of questions and enjoyable exercises that allow us to quickly identify your unique ideas, goals, dreams, and concerns. The opportunities and challenges of your property are then considered in light of your input and our experience.

Forms are best expressed using 2 and 3 dimensional images that demonstrate how the design addresses the key issues.

Budget: Our respect for available resources includes your budget. Our process includes development of reliable construction cost data at the earliest possible phase. This also allows us to determine the feasibility of initial expenditures in consideration of anticipated savings.
